Position Overview
The Behavior Analyst in Training (Intern) position is designed for individuals working toward their BCBA/BCaBA certification. You will receive hands-on experience, mentorship, and supervised fieldwork hours while supporting clients and collaborating closely with our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting assessments under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Support in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct behavior intervention services to clients
- Collect accurate behavior data and maintain detailed documentation
- Collaborate with RBTs, families, and supervisors to support client progress
- Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development
- Uphold ethical standards and company policies
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a BACB-approved coursework sequence
- Actively pursuing BCBA/BCaBA certification
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clear background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Supervision hours toward BCBA/BCaBA certification
